Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the ⟨United States⟩. If you're outside this area, contact ⟨Support email⟩ before ordering.

Shipping cost Free shipping on every order.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order ships.

Delivery time Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can occasionally affect them.

Order tracking A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days, email support@therootd.co .

Wrong or incomplete addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment.

Lost or stuck packages If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email support@therootd.co and we'll help resolve it.
